Srini is the Founder and CEO of Privet Wealth, and has over 25 years of experience, with 16 years of experience in wealth management. He managed Corporates, High net worth individuals(HNI) and Ultra high net worth individuals(UHNI) with his rich experience in wealth advisory and consumer banking. 

Prior to founding Privet Wealth, he worked at ICICI Bank Ltd-Wealth Management for 11 years, and worked extensively with leadership team who were instrumental in setting up wealth management business for the bank. His last assignment with the bank was Branch Head of wealth management division, and experience in banking was across a wide range of areas, covering wealth management, risk management, business banking and consumer banking. 

Prior to joining ICICI Bank Ltd, He worked at Cipla Ltd for 9 years, and was holding a position of Business Head and responsible for overall business of the company for the Karnataka Region. 

He holds an MBA degree in Finance & Marketing, and Bachelor of Science degree from Sri Krishnadevaraya University, Andhra Pradesh, India.
