G Haritha, a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, is a Company Secretary in practice and also founder of G Haritha & Associates. She founded G Haritha & Associates with main objective to provide one-stop solution to corporates for all corporate compliances and legal requirements. 

Prior to founding G Haritha & Associates in 2012, She worked at Dynamatic Technologies Limited, Bangalore, and worked as Compliance Officer and Company Secretary for over a period of 13 years. She has extensive knowledge and experience in full spectrum of corporate compliances and legal services ranging from Business formation, Corporate secretarial, Due diligence, Secretarial audit, Insolvency and bankruptcy, Corporate governance, Corporate law, Corporate restructuring, FEMA, Financial and IPO advisory.

G Haritha is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, and holds Bachelor of Commerce degree from Sri Krishnadevaraya university, Andhra Pradesh.
